Beginnings
Ana Maria is a Venezuelan-American artist based in Houston, Texas; she started at the age of seven by painting and drawing on paper, books and even the walls of her home.
Creations
From oil painting to sculpting, Ana Maria has fallen in love with all types of art. Her favorite, by far, she learned from a neighbor in the Louisianian country fields of her childhood town.
Teachings
“You cannot make a mistake in painting.” and “Anyone can learn to paint.” are early teachings that hold true. One of the goals of Philofox Art is to teach and spread the love of art.
